Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Products
Due to the special nature of the products, we accept cancellation of orders before the products are shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has been fully shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Resending Products (if applicable)
Once we receive the news that your product is missing, we will check the warehouse monitoring as soon as possible to check the complete process of shipment. If the delivery product is indeed missing, we will resend the product to you as soon as possible and send you a discount coupon code for the next purchase as compensation. We will send you real-time progress via email.
